Today I actually got to see some patients on my own! Four of them with three very patient mothers. Hopefully I'll be able to do more of this "doctoring" stuff before I leave.
Also, as I was eating lunch, I saw a bull running down the street pursued by two men in a pickup truck.

Did you see a twofer? or was the 4th mom not so patient?
Yes! It was a two-fer and then two other families. The other day we had a four-fer. The most I've ever heard of was a five-fer who came into the BTGH Pedi EC. Of course, aside from a mother with a relatively low degree of education, none of them had anything of note.
I'm sure you're aware of the Pedi EC Law #4: the acuity of the patient's illness correlates inversely with the number of siblings brought in as patients. This is especially applicable at the Taub. Last week one of the interns had a four-fer whose diagnoses, in order of decreasing age, were: Viral Syndrome, Viral Syndrome, Viral Syndrome and Constipation.
